FAQs

How long does the process take?

The entire process can take 8 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery. On average, every A3  drawing I make takes between 30-40 hours. The earlier you can get in touch the better! As I am a sole maker, I would recommend ordering your signage at least 3 months prior to your event, as I will have to book you in my professional calendar. When we have our initial appointment I will discuss with you my current schedule to give you an accurate delivery date to expect your sign. 

We have a budget, can you still work with us?

You can book in a free appointment to see what option works best for you. Depending on your budget we can discuss a suitable option for you to still have a bespoke piece.

Do you provide a framing service? 

I work with framing specialists who I outsource this to. They are a local business called Saddleworth Picture Framing & Millyard Gallery.

Prices depend on your choice of frame design and mount. 

However, as I liaise with the company on your behalf, I also charge additional £30.00 fee.

How does payment work?

What will the initial appointment involve?

Included in my signage packages, I offer an appointment to discuss the vision you have for your signage. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, for me to get an idea of your likes and dislikes and for us to discuss designs together. You can ask any questions you may have and by the end of the meeting, I will leave with all of your design preferences. The appointment could be an online video call, over a coffee or over cocktail (my personal favourite)! I'm based in Manchester so if you are local I'm always up for an in person meeting.

Do I have to pay extra for delivery?

Where possible, I will personally deliver your bespoke signage.  As I am based in Manchester, I am happy to travel approximately 150 miles to your destination, this delivery charge is £40.00. If you live further than 150 miles, and you live in the UK,  I would still prefer to hand deliver your bespoke signage and a delivery fee/ arrangement can be discussed in our appointment. 

We are not in the UK, can we still work with you?

Of course! Shipping costs may vary and you will need to allow for longer shipping time.

You will receive an invoice with details on how to pay securely via bank transfer.

In order to book your date in my calendar, I require a 50% deposit. You can choose to pay the remaining 50% at the same time as the deposit, or you can choose to pay upon completion.

Please note, no goods will be delivered without full payment being made.
